TopUpHQ policy
Refund policy
How failed, reversed and unconfirmed top-ups are reviewed and credited.
Effective 19 July 2026
When a top-up can be refunded
A top-up may qualify for refund when it fails, is reversed, is duplicated, or cannot be confirmed as delivered after provider requery and reconciliation. A successfully delivered airtime or data product is normally not reversible or refundable.
Pending transactions
We do not refund an ambiguous or processing transaction immediately because a late provider confirmation could create both delivery and a refund. TopUpHQ first checks the stored request, provider reference and available requery evidence.
How refunds are issued
An approved connectivity refund is normally credited to the company workspace wallet and linked to the original transaction record. A wallet credit confirms restoration of workspace funds; it does not mean cash has already settled to a bank account.
Where a bank return is required, payment-partner timelines and charges may apply. We will show the available route before initiating it.
Workspace fees
Connectivity refunds and workspace subscription fees are treated separately. A workspace fee already used for an active billing period is generally non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise or TopUpHQ confirms a billing error.
Requesting review
Send the transaction reference, workspace name, recipient and issue summary to digitalboostcloud@gmail.com. Never send a password, one-time code or complete payment credential.
We will acknowledge the request, preserve the transaction evidence and provide the current state or next action after reconciliation.
