TopUpHQ helps Nigerian teams organise airtime and data allowances, schedules, approvals, wallet funding, delivery records and exception handling. You must be authorised to create a workspace and manage the recipients you add.

You are responsible for accurate recipient, network, bundle, limit and approval information and for protecting account access.

The first month workspace fee may be waived under the published launch offer. Connectivity funds are separate, prepaid and never included in the free workspace month. Month-two pricing and the cancellation point should be visible before onboarding is completed.

Bundle availability and rates can change before approval. The confirmed workspace quote governs each funded run.

A schedule tells TopUpHQ when to prepare or run work under the workspace rules. A queued, processing or pending state is not proof of delivery. Delivery is complete only when the stored provider and transaction evidence reaches a final delivered state.

Payment and connectivity services depend on third-party providers. We may pause or retry work when a provider response is delayed, ambiguous or unavailable.

Do not use TopUpHQ for unlawful activity, unauthorised recipients, fraud, abusive traffic, attempts to bypass limits or security, or interference with another workspace. We may restrict or suspend activity needed to protect users, providers or financial records.

TopUpHQ is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and third-party delivery cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss arising from the affected TopUpHQ service and excludes indirect or consequential loss.

Either party may close the workspace subject to outstanding transactions, records, refunds and legal retention duties. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions may be sent to digitalboostcloud@gmail.com.
